Description: Research and develop the methodology and criteria used to identify and prioritize vulnerable coastal State highways for mitigation. Develop ocean hazards scenarios for vulnerable coastal highways which include sea level rise, shoreline change, storm surge, tsunami, wave overtopping. Develop a statewide priority listing of recommended sites into short-term versus long-term. Provide various mitigation alternatives.
